Dark wall colors are not very popular in our country, which has become synonymous with “bright and fresh” and has been ridiculed by the comedian couple Henrik Schyffert and Fredrik Lindström. White walls and white furniture are now the norm both for those who like the austere style of Myran chairs and other design classics as well as for those who live life shabby chic. Why is that? I have a theory about this and it is that then interior design becomes simple. It is much easier if you decide that everything should be white because then you don’t have to go deeper into the advanced interior design theory. Therefore, I offer some pictures for those who dare to try something different.

Here they have dared to use an exciting color mix that gives a cozy impression. I especially like the velvet-covered stools (if that’s the right name) that function as tables. Delicious!
