Bedroom Bliss – Luxurious Beds

In a previous post I wrote about the English company And so to bed, which produces beds beyond the ordinary. Their beds are truly “to dream about”, they are expensive as hell and the size of the beds means that they are best suited to really large rooms, the kind found in castles and manors. But why not treat yourself to some eye candy!

Two so-called sleigh beds, which are a type of bed with a curved head and foot, giving it a sleigh shape. Sleigh beds were popular during the 19th century when the Empire style was at its peak. They are heavy pieces, you understand, and once you have them in place, you don’t like to move them, but they are magnificent.
